Eligibility & General Conditions
- Eligibility Period: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
- General Return Conditions: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following: Food Items, Sale Items
Damages and Issues
- If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
・Order number
・Clear photographs of the damage or defect
・Your preference for a refund or replacement
【Note on Handmade and One-of-a-Kind Items】
Please be aware that our products include handmade ceramics and tea ware, and there may be slight variations in color, texture, or shape (individual differences). This is an inherent characteristic of the product and is not considered a defect.
Furthermore, for one-of-a-kind products, we cannot provide an exact replacement. In such cases, we will issue a full refund instead of an exchange.
After verification, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund. We will cover all associated shipping costs in this instance.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer's Remorse: If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
